PCI compliance – dependent on the level of transactions – for upto 20k card transactions a year – level 4 and level 3 – self assessment questionaire (SAQ) and Attestation of compliance (AOC) – you may be required to perform periodic network vulnerability scans know as an ASV scan (approved scanning vendor scan) to identify any security issues. Once you are handling over 1 million transaction the compliance requirements ramp up and you’re need to budget for additional PCI complicance requirements.
